Returns Policy

Returns - reported as faulty

We must authorise product returns due to defective manufacture. Such returns must be reported to our sales staff with specific details of what the problem is, including, for faulty cartridges, any steps that have been taken to resolve the problem and print samples in the case of problems with print output.

In some instances the Original Equipment Manufacturers will liase directly with the end user when faulty goods are reported. You will be advised if this is applicable.

Warranties on Office Machines e.g. printers & faxes are usually covered by the manufacturer directly so for technical advice & possible faults it is always best to contact the manufacturer first as they have expertise concerning their products and can usually answer your query much quicker than we can.

All goods are guaranteed for 12 months, unless otherwise stated, from date of purchase for defects in manufacture/materials. Products confirmed as faulty will be credited. No replacement orders are automatically generated so if you require replacement goods please make sure you re-order them with our sales staff when you report your fault.

Returning goods without a collection note reference could lead to credit not being given.

Returns – no longer required/incorrectly ordered

If you wish to return goods that have been incorrectly ordered, you must contact our sales staff within 7 days and we will issue the relevant paperwork. Goods can only be returned provided that they are completely unopened, unused, with the product packaging in saleable condition and after a collection note number has been given to you by our sales staff.

If you have any queries about a particular product, if you contact us before ordering, we will happy to advise you.

Goods that are no longer required, for example if you have changed your printer and still have consumables for the old model, may be returned by prior arrangement with our sales team who will raise the relevant paperwork. Credit will only be issued once we have inspected the products.

In the case of items either no longer required or incorrectly ordered, we reserve the right to levy a restocking or handling charge at our discretion to cover our costs in having these goods returned.

Return & Credit for any product returned as no longer required or incorrectly ordered is totally at our discretion.
